Dear friends and colleagues,
The Board of the Salem Health and Wellness Foundation announces that its Executive Director, Paul DiLorenzo is stepping down from his role on July 10, 2026. He came to the Foundation almost four years ago and during his tenure expanded the profile of the Salem Health and Wellness Foundation within and beyond Salem County.
During his time at the Foundation, Paul has advanced the Foundation’s mission, grantmaking priorities and goals.
During this transition the Board and Staff will continue to steward the Foundation’s mission and resources for the people of Salem County, including maintaining the Foundation’s grantmaking activities and community partnership programs.
The Board will be launching a leadership search and will continue to share updates as our search moves forward.
