The Salem Health and Wellness Foundation announced its 2025 Matching Gift Program awards this past week.

The Salem Health and Wellness Foundation has released its 2024 Annual Report, which highlights nearly $470,000 awarded grants for 2024. The Report also reviews initiatives in 2024 such as the Salem Smart Start for Parents and Children and Public Health Fellowship.

The Board of Trustees works to advance the Foundation’s mission to invest in sustainable initiatives that improve the overall health and wellness of Salem County residents by providing grants and other support to organizations addressing those needs.

After 15-years, Judith Foley, Grants Administrator, has announced her retirement. Judy has worked closely with Salem Health and Wellness Foundation grantees to administer funding, develop new funding opportunities at the foundation, and continue community engagement throughout her role.

To help mark the 20^th anniversary of Salem Health and Wellness Foundation, an Anniversary Video Series highlighting partnerships with local nonprofit organizations was created.

“As we look back on the impact the Foundation has had on our Salem County community, we realize it has been nothing short of significant,” says Brenda Goins, executive director.
